In 2011, I deployed to Iraq. Upon my return in 2012, I had 5 permanent spine conditions and was told by numerous doctors I'd never be able to workout or run again...
I was 26 when I was told this and my daughter was only 3.
I started in the fitness industry in 2006 and everything was about to change. I decided to dedicate my time and efforts in learning how to get better, how to get stronger for my daughter because I refused to accept what the doctors had told me.
Choosing to avoid surgery, I became as resourceful as possible to live life on my terms. To live without pain and restriction for those most important in my life.
After several years, hundreds of appointments, and tens of thousands of dollars towards coaches, programs and methods, I built up my library of Body Hacks to get not only myself out of pain, but everyone else I come in contact with as well.
Now, after 18 years in the fitness industry, I've gone from feeling depressed and broken, to feeling fulfilled and unstoppable.
